The project was centered around creating a medical learning platform designed to engage and educate healthcare professionals. This initiative aimed to leverage expertise from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and a strategic webinar execution model to enhance knowledge sharing within the healthcare community. The collaboration involved one party selecting KOLs and another handling webinar logistics, marketing, and analytics to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.

Objectives

The primary goals of the project were:

  2. To maximize outreach, engagement, and attendance through a structured webinar campaign.
  3. To use analytics and feedback to assess impact and refine strategies for future initiatives.

Methodology

The strategy for the initiative was structured as follows:

  2. Webinar Preparation and Marketing:
    • Invitations were crafted and disseminated through targeted channels.
    • Registration forms and unique marketing links were provided to ensure smooth onboarding.
